The Conrad House at the Hoge School van Amsterdam is sustainable, Excellent even according to BREAAM. Never before has an educational building in the Netherlands received a four-star certificate for sustainability.

Mutsaerts' facade and rear construction is made of 100% recycled aluminum and natural stone.
